Unox, Italian company of professional kitchen appliances, will take part to the next edition of NRA, National Restaurant Association Show, that will be held from 18 to 21 May at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.
The company, founded in 1990 as manufacturer of professional ovens, is now known and appreciated in different international markets. During the American exhibition, among the other products, Unox will present its Data Driven Cooking, an innovative oven that monitors the appliance usage, analyzing and recording cooking times, menu items, energy and water use. With its artificial intelligence, according to the collected data, the model is able to recommend operational patterns, new recipes, and more. Moreover, sensors in the CHEFTOP MIND.Maps PLUS ovens calculate volume and mass and adjust cook times for different size batches.
