Ilve has recently anounced the acquisition of the Optima’s assets. «We are glad to inform you – the Bord of Directors said – that Ilve Spa, through its subsidiary Officine Venete Srl, has redefined the acquisition of the assets belonging to Optima Srl. Optima’s history, which inherited Terim’s and Fratelli Onofri’s expertise, has its foundations in an industrial district that represents one of the Italian excellences in the design and manufacturing of appliances».
Ilve’s management also added: «A history of positive feedbacks and experiences, has led to the decision that these values are worth of being preserved; Ilve’s goal is to enhance this heritage. This strategic decision fits with Ilve’s current development and growth plans, and matches with the objectives for the relaunch of the brand, with the goal of being increasingly competitive and proactive in the international markets».
