For the third consecutive year ARAN World has been recognized among the top 100 companies that have achieved the most significant increases in ESG rating (Top 100 Performances) at the Sustainability Award, the recognition created by Kon Group, promoted by ELITE and with the support of the main partner Azimut Emilia-Romagna, Marche and Umbria.

As the company explains, innovation and renewal continue to be the pillars of ARAN World’s operations, validated by a meticulous analysis resulting from objectively measurable coefficients that are also contained in the acronym ESG: Environmental, Social and Governance. In these three spheres, ARAN World applies itself, year after year, to develop innovative eco-design solutions based on an idea of circular economy.

Ernestomeda has recently opened a new showroom in Shanghai: a large space of 190 m2 that house the brand’s entire range of kitchens. Created in association with all the company’s partners, the inauguration of the new Ernestomeda location in the Chinese city was also the opportunity for redesigning the models’ display in aesthetic and design terms, including all the latest innovations launched with the Sign collection.

As well as the established kitchen models – such as IconColor, Obliqua and K-Lab – the showroom now also features an island composition of Sign, with a high-tech yet also warm, welcoming personality. The base units in Canneté Canyon Walnut Hi-Melamine and the Daylight system in the same finish form an attractive contrast with the satined steel worktop and Mirror metal effect lacquered tall units. The integrated table adds even more functions to this versatile kitchen, while the Bridge system enables the best organisation of the worktop.

The project is accompanied by the Double Indoor cupboard, with its potential for adding another, concealed kitchen. The wall-mounted base units are in London Grey Fenix, like the worktop, which also displays a Teide Oak stained bamboo chopping-board; the wall cladding is in steel and carries an Order shelf with Heat-Treated Oak accessories. The composition is completed by the side tall units in London Grey Fenix with Fit internal accessories and the Canneté Teide Oak Hi-Melamine boiserie panel with Stay shelving system in Teide Oak with Lucem trim.

Stosa has recently inaugurated its 82nd flagship store in Italy, located in San Lazzaro di Savena. The new store boasts 250 square metres of floorspace and is located in a popular shopping centre only a few miles from Bologna.

This latest opening is in line with the company’s plans for growth in central and northern Italy and is the result of a long-term strategy of brand consolidation that is introducing Stosa’s quality products to more and more high-potential locations.

A new range of Fulgor Milano products will be available starting from September 2023. Among these, one of the most interesting appliances is the 90 Urbantech multifunctional oven, a model that stands out for its classic user-friendly knob control completed with a functional digital display.

The Urbantech oven, in A energy class, offers a choice of 9 functions and is characterized by a pleasant, essential design. It features a 105 l ultra black enamelled cooking chamber.

Moreover, it’s fitted with an efficient safety system, including tangential cooling ventilation. Finally, the model comes with some accessories, such as set of fully removable telescopic rails, enamelled tray, flat rack, and rotisseries kit.

Boffi|DePadova has inaugurated a new showroom in Paris: a 900-sqm space, previously home to the Kenzo fashion brand, set inside a stylish apartment laid out over two floors. In this location, Boffi displays its integrated offer of bathroom, wardrobe, and kitchen systems, together with the architecturally-oriented ADL partition systems, and connective elements.

The mood continues with furnishings and lighting from De Padova, like the EVERYDAY LIFE collection designed by Paul Smith and the Raffles project, which was revisited in collaboration with Society Limonta. In addition, there are the quintessential minimalist patterns of Scandinavian design as seen in the R.I.G. system from MA/U Studio and the multifaceted Japanese design manufacturing from Time & Style ēdition.

Gruppo Euromobil inaugurated its first flagship store in Mexico City, an exhibition space of more than 350 square meters on the eleventh floor of a new generation building in one of the city’s most elegant and exclusive areas. A project by the architect Juan Zepeda Carranza of the ZCT Design company, the new space consolidates the decades-long collaboration between the Group and the architect himself.

The layout includes kitchens open onto living rooms, dining and relax areas, sleeping areas but also the best-sellers of the three brands of the Group – Euromobil, Zalf and Désirée – that highlight their design skills, enhancing Made in Italy design, in collaboration with internationally renowned designers such as Roberto Gobbo, historic art director of Gruppo Euromobil, Marc Sadler, Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez, Setsu & Shinobu Ito and Jai Jalan.

The new store is designed as a large open space, but extremely welcoming, which allows a broad view of all the Group’s proposals to the sophisticated Mexico City clientele. This opening follows the celebrations of the Group’s first 50 years of activity, which took place in 2022, and is part of a policy of consolidation and expansion of the presence abroad.

Stosa Cucine is continuing to expand on the domestic market and to offer its products and services through a growing network of stores. Three new flagship stores were recently inaugurated in Piedmont, Campania and Sicily, allowing the company to surpass 70 stores in Italy.

Gruppo Lube expands its presence on the international market, opening the first official Lube Store in Chisinau, Moldavia. The inauguration event, held at the end of 2022, was promoted in grand style on the Moldova’s national media, attracting the attention – among other things – of many architects and designers, as well as personalities of show business and more generally of the jet set of the Moldovan capital.

In the new mono-brand store, visitors can admire some of the most interesting compositions of the classic and luxurious Pantheon and Flavour, as well as Clover and Immagina, true flagship models of modern made in Italy design.

Veneta Cucine acquired the control of Veneta Cucine France, a distributor that has operated throughout French territory since 2013, with a network of 50 single-brand stores and a turnover of 48 million euros.

International development was carried out thanks to the support of NB Aurora, a permanent capital fund specialising in the acquisition of minority stakes of non-listed companies that are leaders in their specific markets, which in 2021 acquired 30% of Veneta Cucine’s capital with the aim of supporting growth on foreign markets. Now, the industrial development objective is to open 100 single-brand stores on French territory by 2025 in order to gain considerable competitive strength against other large groups controlling the same market.

Kitchen, if spacious and comfortable, becomes the heart of the house, especially during Christmas period when relatives and friends are welcomed to share lunches and dinners. Diesel Social Kitchen by Scavolini was born with the intention of combining the pleasure of food preparation with the pleasure of relationships. The result of the synergy between Scavolini and Diesel, this kitchen is modern in the design and modularity of its elements, but at the same time is characterized by the vintage spirit – declined in the materials, treatments and finishes – which has always been part of Diesel’s DNA.

Space for sociability
Diesel Social Kitchen intends to create not only a functional environment, but also a space suitable for sharing. From a stylistic point of view, the character of the project is defined by important volumes and natural and essential materials – aged with special vintage treatments – such as wood, steel and glass worked together with metal. Doors are characterized by the choice of oak, treated in such a way as to convey a knotty, natural effect to the eye and to the touch. Glass doors are also available, proposed with a metal mesh, for a “retro” effect. Also important are the handles, of various types, in “used” effect metal, such as the American” style big handle that characterizes the refrigerator. The idea is to create a “lived-in” environment, which mixes a vintage soul with industrial-inspired details. As for the design, the kitchen is built not only on the modularity of the individual elements, but also on separate modules that can be freely assembled together, such as trolleys, tables and storage elements. As far as household appliances are concerned, among the various possibilities offered by the different configurations, there is for example the induction hob with the hood integrated into the wall unit and the oven under the hob, or the gas hob integrated into the island with the burners arranged in line, the industrial-style hood and the column oven, or the composition with four built-in appliances arranged in two columns side by side.

Surfaces with “blackboard effect” Thanks to the doors with “blackboard effect”, it is possible to give a touch of creativity to the the kitchen by personalizing the wall units. These are combined with the “Air conduit two” extractor hood with drip metal finish, born from a Diesel project.
