KitchenAid presents its new Total No Frost Tall 400 built-in combined refrigerator. Characterized by the largest capacity in its category (400 litres) and with an internal width of 70 cm, it features the Total No Frost cooling system, which prevents the formation of ice and frost.

The model is also equipped with the Metal Multi Flow technology, which ensures a constant temperature in every corner of the refrigerator. Furthermore, thanks to the Push To Open system, the refrigerator can be opened with a simple pressure on the door, elegantly adapting to the design of contemporary kitchens.

The new KitchenAid combined refrigerator integrates different technologies to ensure optimal food preservation. The Total No Frost system regulates the circulation of cold air inside the refrigerator, guaranteeing the ideal level of humidity and avoiding the condensation of ice on food and refrigerator surfaces, thus preventing the formation of ice and frost. Finally, the Dinamic Fresh Zone is an innovative drawer for best preserving food, with three temperature levels, ideal for different types of food.

Slicing, mincing, kneading and emulsifying. Or packaging and cooking with the vacuum technique. Small appliances can perform numerous functions quickly and with great precision, but some products are more “professional” than others. The components and technologies present, together with the quality of materials and type of accessories, determine the level of performance that these appliances are able to achieve, allowing even the most complex preparations to be carried out.

Safe, precise and compact
Ideal for slicing cold cuts, meat, cheese and bread, the Lusso 195 GL CEV slicer by R.G.V. has professional features but in dimensions that make it suitable for domestic spaces as well. It is equipped with a die-cast base in lacquered aluminium; in addition blade cover, food tray, bulkhead of slice regulation and fixed ring of blade protection are in aluminium with polished anodic oxidation in order to obtain a hygienically clean and anti-corrosive product. The machine has a professional-type ventilated motor to limit heating and the haft holding the blade is mounted on a double ball-bearing which makes the slicer silent. A sturdy graduated knob allows to adjust the cutting thickness up to 14÷16 mm, while the professional blade is tempered ground hard chromium-plated to maintain cutting efficiency for a long time. The removable sharpener is available as an option. Finally, the slicer is easy to clean thanks to the total absence of areas where dirt can nest.

For those who process large quantities of ingredients
The new Bowl-Lift stand mixers from KitchenAid are designed for intensive use as they are powerful and robust. The 5.6 or 6.6 liter bowl is made of stainless steel: it can be lowered and raised using a special lever and remains stable thanks to the 3-point block. These products make use of 11 speeds, including half speed, ideal for processing even the most delicate ingredients such as blueberries or egg whites. In addition, the Soft Start function gradually increases operation to the desired setting, to avoid splashing. The accessories are numerous, allowing to carry out a large variety of preparations. These include the 11-wire stainless steel whisk (for models with a 6.6-liter bowl), the silver-coated flexible double-edge whisk, the flat beater, the spiral dough hook and the splash-proof pourer lid. Furthermore, the planetary mixers are made in different colors.

A semi-professional machine even at home
Nevada SV by SICO KITCHENWARE® (brand of the Bisva company) is a vacuum packing machine suitable for small businesses but also for the most demanding home users. The machine is equipped with a patented magnetic system (which avoids the operator having to keep the vacuum bell pressed continuously), a professional vacuum gauge and a double filter which protects the pump from dust, liquids and impurities. In addition, it has a triple 320 mm sealing bar which guarantees effective sealing. This operation takes place automatically, as does the opening of the vacuum bell. The packaging machine is designed for continuous and intensive use: it is possible to use bags, rolls and containers, and the sealing time is adjustable on 10 levels. In addition, thanks to the Soft Vacuum function, even soft, fragile and moist foods can be packaged.

From vacuum packing to sous-vide cooking
Reber has created two appliances, which can be combined to vacuum pack foods and then cook them sous-vide. These are products built with the principles of professional appliances but suitable for domestic use. The 9700 N Family packaging machine features a professional vacuum gauge, energy saving system, automatic operation with the possibility of manual use and programmable sealing. In addition, the machine is designed to operate continuously without the need for stops for cooling. Vacuum-packed foods can then be cooked using Gourmet Sous-vide. This appliance, also equipped with an energy-saving system, features a heat-resistant ABS tank with a stainless steel protection grid. It allows electronic programming of the temperature from 32° to 86° and has 9 pre-set programs for the most common cooking methods and 5 programs which can be memorized by the user. In addition, the timer is programmable with delayed start up to 9 hours and continuous running time up to 72 hours.

KitchenAid announced the brand color of the year 2023: Hibiscus. For 2023 color of the year KitchenAid was inspired by nature and flower, choosing the shade of a very vivid flower, the Hibiscus. According to the brand the intention of this choice is to be attractive and appealing.

Never as in the Christmas period people cook for a long time and for many people, ranging from more traditional dishes to experimenting with new recipes. At this time of the year, menus are particularly rich in courses, for lunches and dinners ranging from appetizers to desserts. Small appliances for food preparation are a precious help, because, thanks to the numerous accessories, they not only allow to achieve good results with little effort and in a short time, but are also very useful for creating dishes that are beautiful to see.

The appliance is suitable for use with hot or raw tomatoes and for the preparation of jams. Furthermore, the materials with which the product is made are of high quality: the filter cone, the funnel, the drip pan and the splash-guard are in 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304), while the tomato press propeller, in acetal resin, is highly resistant (over 220°) and suitable for food contact. The product has a galvanized metal structure and has 10 speeds to mix ingredients of all kinds in a very short time. Stainless steel accessories include flat beater, pastry flat beater, wire whip and dough hook.

Black and hi-tech, a combination that characterizes many of the new proposals arriving from the big manufacturers of kitchen home applicnes. We are speaking about devices that, besides expressing their quality through a distinctive and increasingly performant technology, do it also, and above all, connoting themselves from an aesthetic point of view. The result is a formal convergence towards a contemporary finish with a timeless matrix, which is a candidate to become the 2021 must have color: matte black. Black, in fact, a refined shade by definition, has become the trendy nuance also in the kitchen environment, characterizing all its elements, generating residential micro-architectures that play with the alternation of dark colors and lighter shades.
In particular, the technical elements such as household appliances – small, large, freestanding or built-in ones – are increasingly dye with black or its shades, ranging from dark anthracite gray, to blackboard or graphite, often with an opaque effect and a texture similar to velvet or with non-uniform shades, such as the oxidized metal effect, or with a super shiny effect. 400 and 200 Series by Gaggenau are a new generation of combined steam ovens that offers the possibility of dosing the steam humidity in addition to the hot air, as well as an accurate control of temperatures and the exploitation of functions such as sous-view, leavening, regeneration, defrost and grill. Another feature that the two oven series have in common is the Home Connect system, offering direct control of the appliance functions via the app. The interior design of the Gaggenau proposal has been optimized in terms of capacity, while externally the anthracite finish ensures a sophisticated effect to the combination.

The Infinite Line range by Samsung uses material elements, giving unique sensations to the touch, and extraordinary technology. The finish is characterized by a satin glass and an opaque texture, in harmony with the most modern kitchen furnishings; the Onyx Black version is characterized by a glass that becomes mirrored, night black. To keep it always perfect, a special anti-fingerprint coating has been added to prevent the formation of unpleasant halos. The Infinite Line oven was born from the meeting between Samsung Dual Cook technology and steam. This allows to cook simultaneously with steam and traditionally during the same cooking session.

Perfect integration for the new ovens of the Excellence Line (V2000, V4000 and V6000) by V-Zug, which are also characterized by the extreme ease of use. They can be used quickly and intuitively thanks to CircleSlider, the button located in the center of the large touch display. In the kitchen without handles, the AutoDoor function, which sees the door opening and closing automatically, allows the appliance to integrate perfectly. The oven is available in two shades: black and platinum and, thanks to the use of the mirrored glass of the fronts, it reflects colors and materials of the environment in which it is inserted. All the appliances of the Excellence Line are equipped with the connectivity function as standard and can be connected to a smartphone or tablet via the V-ZUG app.

High-tech design and a deeply intuitive technology helping in all the steps: the new induction hob of the Mythos collection by Franke is characterized by 8 cooking zones, double Lcd touch control display, 63 automatic recipes, Flex Pro zone and French Plaque zone, the all enclosed in a total black glass hob in two sizes: 77 cm or 65 cm. The double Lcd display, with central slider, guides the creation of dishes from the moment the hob is switched on, allowing to easily select the cooking zone to be used and the power to be set from 1 to 18 (with indication of the type of cooking for which the selected power is recommended). To speed up times, up to 4 Cookassist cooking can be started at the same time or combined with traditional cooking.

The color palette of the KitchenAid planetary mixer is very rich. Implemented every year by new and special colors, it also includes a beautiful matt black cast iron. Protagonist and real star of any kitchen, it does not need any introduction: this model, Artisan Food Processor with a 4.8 liter moving engine body is equipped with a stainless steel bowl and allows to work up to 1 kg of common flour and 12 egg whites (medium). All accessories - sturdy, durable and dishwasher safe - are made of stainless steel while the splash-proof pouring lid, which allows easy addition of ingredients without splashing, is transparent.

Mixers, choppers and blenders without cord are the practical proposal of KitchenAid that with its Cordless Collection offers the possibility to cook everywhere, in a new free way, and using appliances characterized by original and appealing look. A big success for Whirlpool that, together with its brands KitchenAid and Bauknecht have received six distinguished awards at the iF Design Award 2020. Coveted iF Labels were awarded to 14 of the brands’ products, including the Whirlpool W Collection Black Fiber 4 Door Fridge Freezer, the KitchenAid Built-In Black Collection, Whirlpool’s W Collection Black Fiber Built-In Suite, the Bauknecht Class 9 Built-In Suite, the Whirlpool W Collection Venthob and the Whirlpool Essential Washing Machine.
The lastest edition of the contest saw the participation of 7,300 entries from 56 countries.

This week KitchenAid is participating at the German Fair Ambiente 2020. The event, located in Frankfurt, gathers the world’s leading consumer goods companies and brands, reaching 134,000 attendees from 167 countries.
According to Nicole Thiery, KitchenAid Market Lead for Germany and Austria, this trade fair is the big annual kickoff for her sales team.
For this edition the brand protagonist is the Stand Mixer, but there are some other new, innovative products on display.
«The K400 blender is new – said Thiery. – It’s more modern and fits well with our range of products, and comes in a lot of nice colors that complement the Stand Mixer, kettle, toaster or any other KitchenAid small appliances that the consumer already has in their kitchen. This design tackles the toughest ingredients and is really smooth, resulting in perfect taste.» 
This is the first year the new blenders are available in the German and Austrian markets.
Another new product at the show is an espresso machine. «It’s a semi-automatic espresso machine paired together with a burr grinder – said Thiery. – This product allows our customers to make an authentic espresso at home.»
What makes this machine stand out is a first to market dual sensor system that takes temperature readings at the point of initial water intake as well as when the water is output. This helps to assure the perfect temps for great espresso.
