Alma, the new kitchen by Arredo3, retains a distinctly traditional element, the framed door, reinterpreting the style with a fresher approach to suit new trends while preserving its evergreen appeal. In less than one year Cucine LUBE has opened three official stores the Czech Republic: after Prague and Brno, the Italian kitchen company has inaugurated a showroom in Plzen, a city of over 170,000 inhabitants and the capital of the eponymous region located in western Bohemia.

The store features over 100 square meters of exhibition space, where four compositions are displayed: from the classic-contemporary Agnese and Flavour, to the ultra-modern Immagina and Clover, the latter designed with the precious finishes of the Design Collection catalog.

Snaidero, Italian brand of kitchen, obtained the “Save the Brand Awards” organized by LC Publishing Group in collaboration with ICM Advisors to celebrate the excellence of Italian brands in the sectors of Fashion, Food and Supplies.
The Snaidero Group has won an important award in the category of Internationalization Best Practice, with the following motivation: “The company has consolidated its presence in China with the aim of distributing kitchens on the retail and contract channels starting with four new flagships”.

Elica group reported a good performance for the starting of the present year and a very good trend has been recorded by the products signed by the Elica brand itself, even if it was a good period also for the OEM production.
During the first quarter 2018, Elica recorded a consolidated revenue of 118.9 million of euro, up 0.3% compared with same period of the previous year but with a growth of 6% net with a currency and the changing to the consolidation scope, with the sale of the German subsidiary Exklusiv-Hauben Gutmann on August 2017. According to the company, there was a growth across all business areas, but it was particularly strong for Elica own brand sales, that increased by 6.3%, net of the currency effect. The brand contribution to the total sales revenue rose from 45.4 to 46.5% in the first quarter of this year, in line with the Group target to exceed 55%. Regarding the geographical area, Elica saw a big growth in the Asian markets, where the Group reached an increase of 11.5% (21.3% net of the currency effect). In the EMEA regions, the growth was of 5.3%, with a significant contribution especially by Russia and the Eastern countries, while the rest of the markets remained substantially stable.

FAB50, the double door refrigerator included in the Smeg 50Style range, has been renewed in its design and characteristics.
The product is now available in four new shades – pastel blue, black, red and turquoise green – and its interior fittings have been updated. Witness of the Italian excellence and taste, Ernestomeda, Italian manufacturer of kitchens, has chosen to participate at FICO Fabbrica Italiana Contadina (Italian Farm Workshop) Eataly World, the world’s largest food theme park, in Bologna. The Eataly project will occupy an area of ten hectares and will display “the wonders of Italian biodiversity” with two outdoor hectares of fields and animal sheds and eight hectares of buildings housing a vast assortment of different businesses: from production units to shops, from educational to play-sports areas, through to a Congress Centre and a university Foundation.
Ernestomeda will have its own area, displaying a large composition of the Icon kitchen project, designed by Giuseppe Bavuso, fully operational in a classroom, as the Ernestomeda area will be used to host meetings and cooking courses. Characterized by an harmonic mix of functionality and design, Icon is conceived as a space with minimalist but elegant design.

Fulgor Milano, Italian company of kitchen appliances, organized another show cooking to present its products and show their functions and potentialities. The latest event was held with 2R Incasso Srl, a company’s partner in Modena (Italy), and saw the affluence of many retailers of kitchen furniture. The Sofia Professional range was one of the most important creations of Fulgor Milano protagonist of the event. It obtained a big success and a attracted a great deal of interest among visitors, as well as the BBQ 1000 G X for outdoor instruments.
The Pizza contest allowed visitors to become real pizza masters assisted by the chefs of Palatifini and using the FCPO 6213 P TM oven, multipurpose, self-cleaning with cold door and Classic Pizza function. This is a special option to cook two pizzas at 350 ° in 2.35 minutes. Finally, Fulgor Milano presented its vacuum sealing drawer, the blast chiller and the steam oven, and closed with a focus on induction hobs with extended areas.
